Return Policy
We value your trust and take great care in creating and packaging each piece of art. Because our artwork is original, limited edition, or made-to-order, all sales are final—with the exception of items that arrive damaged.

Returns for Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, we’ll work with you to make it right. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us of the damage within 14 days of delivery.

Email ReasorsArt@sbcglobal.net with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the artwork and packaging.

Once your request is approved, you may choose one of the following:

A replacement (if available)

Store credit

A full refund (depending on availability and condition)

Return Shipping Costs:
If the damage was caused by courier error or our packaging, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned in their original packaging (or equivalent) to avoid further damage.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance. We are not responsible for lost or further-damaged returns.

No Returns for Non-Damaged Items
Because of the unique nature of our work, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for issues other than damage during shipping.
